You know those days. The ones where you grasp on to the tail end of summer with your sun kissed golden skin and shaggy summer hair. Where the days linger just long enough to hear the crickets chirp and you feel the faint coolness in the setting sun, giving clues to the changing weather. It’s in those few weeks that are my absolute favorite time of the year.
I loved how effortlessly this session flowed. From wagon rides to throwing leaves to skipping rocks on the water, this family came and rocked their session! And sending me home with homemade cookies wasn’t too bad either ;-)
We only had one day to work with, when it came time to schedule their session. Complications of a ER nurse and a military man. But when we drove up the mountain and saw it snowing, we all knew this one day was meant to be.
An evening well spent in a quaint little waterfront town.
